Round 1
Arndt begins to clinch with Manny, but Manny presses out of it burning up quite a bit of energy. Arndt is brought to his back by a well executed takedown from Manny Tremblay. Manny Tremblay now has side control. Tremblay lands a few stiff elbows from side control. Rainer gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. Manny Tremblay is working a furious pace on Rainer Arndt, intermingling strikes with positional dominance at will. Rainer Arndt carefully protects himself from Mannys strikes.Round 1 comes to a close.

Round 2
Arndt lands a hook to the body then a straight cross to the sternum. Manny Tremblay is staggered by a jab to the chin. Rainer begins to clinch with Manny, but Manny presses out of it burning up quite a bit of energy. Manny Tremblay gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. Arndt is working a furious pace on Manny, intermingling strikes with positional dominance at will. Rainer Arndt tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. The bell signals the end of round 2.

Round 3
Rainer Arndt lands a hook to the body then a straight cross to the sternum. Rainer Arndt keeps Tremblay at a distance with some well timed jabs. Rainer grabs for a clinch but Manny grazes him with an uppercut. Rainer staggers back, then surprises Manny with a powerful superman punch. Manny throws a wild punch, putting him off balance. A few well timed strikes from Rainer puts Manny on the mat giving his back up. Rainer tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. Arndt sets in a body triangle, breaks Tremblay down, and stretches his back. Tremblay taps out.
