Round 1 Rainer Arndt keeps Rory at a distance with some well timed jabs. Colon is brought to his back by a well executed takedown from Rainer Arndt. Rainer Arndt now has side control. Rory takes a few knees to the body while under Rainer Arndts side control. Rory Colon gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. Rainer slides off to the side of Rory and lands several heavy knees into his ribs. Before he can lose the position, Rainer switches back to full back control. Arndt tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. Round 1 is finished.
Round 2 Arndt attempts a lazy shot, which Colon sprawls, eventually taking Arndt back. Rainer Arndt carefully protects himself from Rory Colons strikes. Rainer Arndt starts to wiggle out of back control, Colon lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Rainer shoots but Colon stuffs it, eventually using a whizzer to work to side control. Rory slides his knee across the body of Rainer Arndt and takes full mount. Arndt lands a good elbow as Rory Colon lowers his torso. Rainer attempts to escape mount but has no luck. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 3 Arndt ducks under a loopy hoop, taking Rory Colon to the mat, and his back. Arndt peppers Rory Colon with several shots to the face. Colon starts to wiggle out of back control, Rainer lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Rainer shoots in for a double leg, hoists Rory Colon up, and slams him viciously to the mat, taking side control. Rainer slides his knee across the body of Colon and takes full mount. Arndt secures his position. Rainer Arndt secures his position. Round 3 is finished.
