Round 1 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Zeke works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. Zeke dodges an uppercut to the chin, though loses his balance and falls to the ground, with Russ Coleman standing over him. Coleman attempts to drop a fist on Price, but misses and lands in his guard. Zeke Price lands a stiff elbow while on his back. Price shifts his hips to get better position in the guard. While caught in Prices guard, Russ Coleman gets hit with a vicious elbow. Coleman tries to pass guard but Price stops him with a well timed punch. Round 1 is over.
Round 2 Zeke Price is staggered by a jab to the chin. The fighters circle each other. Russ executes a single leg giving him the back of Price. Russ Coleman locks in a body triangle as he takes shots at Price. Zeke Price starts to wiggle out of back control, Russ Coleman lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Price is staggered by a jab to the chin. Zeke Price locks around the waist of Russ. He sneaks his foot behind Russ Colemans and trips him to the floor, taking side control.Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Coleman is staggered by a jab to the chin. Price connects with a strong right hook. "The Colossus" gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. Coleman tries to explode out the backdoor but Zeke Price sinks in both hooks, continually landing outside strikes. Coleman falls flat to protect himself. Russ starts to wiggle out of back control, Zeke lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Zeke snaps back the head of Russ Coleman with a stiff jab. A single-leg attempt is well defended by Russ. Price stands up, lifting the leg of Russ and executing a trip takedown. The round comes to an end.
