Round 1
A welt begins to form under "The Beards" eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Peterson. Kyle Dempsey is hit with a jab-cross and then brutally shoved to the ground. Bo falls into his guard, delivering a strong punch as he does so. Bo Peterson backs out of the guard, and chooses to stand with his opponent, allowing him to his feet. Kyle Dempsey connects with a strong body shot combo. Bo connects with a hard punch making Dempsey bring him in to a tight clinch. Bo grabs the plum and tosses Dempsey to the ground. Peterson stands over Dempsey, works his way through his open guard and lands some solid standing punches. Dempsey cannot trap him in his guard and pushes him away instead. The bell signals the end of round 1.

Round 2
"The Beard" throws a few jabs at Bo Peterson that miss the mark. "The Beard" narrowly dodges a cross from Bo, but falls catching him in his guard. Peterson tries to move to half guard but "The Beard" uses the opportunity to land several strikes and return to full guard. Kyle tries to slide out of guard, but a scramble ensues. Peterson ends up mounted by Kyle. Peterson shifts his head and hips to keep "The Beard" off balance and unable to land strikes. "The Beard" swings his leg over locking in a textbook armbar. Peterson taps out.
