Round 1
Morgan feints a takedown attempt and connects with a left hook dropping "The Special One". Morgan dives into guard. Eugene Brown is caught in a can opener and opens his guard. He lands two quick strikes but Morgan transitions to half guard. Eugene Brown holds the head of Caldwell close to avoid shots. Caldwell slams shots to his opponents ribs and throws hard elbows to the thighs. Eugene snatches a kimura lock but Morgan spins around quickly to the other side holding dominant side control. Brown almost switches side control around, but falls short at the last moment. Morgan Caldwell drops some hammer fists on "The Special One". The round comes to an end.

Round 2
Eugene Brown reaches down and trips Morgan with a beautiful ankle pick. Eugene Brown dives into his guard. Eugene attempts to pass "Crushs" guard, and does so, but receives multiple strikes in the attempt. Eugene Brown telegraphs his motions for an armbar, but "Crush" gives up his back to stop the attempt. "Crush" starts to wiggle out of back control, Eugene Brown lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Eugene reaches down and trips Morgan Caldwell with a beautiful ankle pick. Eugene dives into his guard. Morgan attempts to create some space from his guard, but Eugene Brown sees the opening and passes to full mount. "Crush" gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Brown tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. Caldwell tries to explode out the backdoor but Brown sinks in both hooks, continually landing outside strikes. Caldwell falls flat to protect himself. Round 2 is over.

Round 3
After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Eugene Brown attempts to grab the plum but is kept off balance by Morgans strikes. A strong elbow forces Caldwell to lose his balance and fall to the floor. "The Special One" attempts to drop a fist on Morgan Caldwell, but misses and lands in his guard. Brown tries to move to half guard but Morgan uses the opportunity to land several strikes and return to full guard. "Crush" attempts an armbar. Brown time a spin perfectly landing a strong overhand as he works his way into Morgan Caldwells guard. Brown tries to pass guard but Caldwell stops him with a well timed punch. "The Special One" loses his position, allowing Morgan Caldwell to slip behind and lock in a rear naked choke. "The Special One" quickly taps out.
