Round 1
Chatchai tries to hyperextend the knee of Elix with a kick to the kneecap. Elix hops back to avoid it. Chatchai connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Chatchai Photirat throws a wild punch, putting him off balance. A few well timed strikes from Elix puts Chatchai Photirat on the mat giving his back up. Bouchard begins to look for a rear naked choke, but Chatchai rolls to being mounted instead. Elix lands a double punch to the head of Chatchai Photirat. Chatchai Photirat gives his back up trying to escape the mount. The round comes to an end.

Round 2
Bouchard snaps back the head of Chatchai with a stiff jab. Elix Bouchard parries Photirats jab and connect with a cross. Elix ducks under a loopy hoop, taking Photirat to the mat, and his back. Elix Bouchard sinks a deep rear naked choke, but Chatchai Photirat just barely rolls to his back in time. Elix Bouchard now has full mount. Elix Bouchard punishes Chatchai Photirat with a series of strikes from the mount. Elix Bouchard splits Chatchai Photirats nose open with a well timed punch. The round comes to an end.

Round 3
Elix Bouchard hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Elix Bouchard fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Photirat. Elix escapes the clinch and creates some distance. Chatchai Photirat hits a lead uppercut and follows with a hard hook to the head of Elix. Bouchard connects with a series of punches forcing Photirat into a clinch. Chatchai attempts to grab the plum but Elix Bouchard takes the opportunity to attain double underhooks and take down Chatchai. Chatchai goes for a kimura from the bottom, but Bouchard slips out at the last second. Bouchard defends a triangle attempt, throwing Chatchais straight leg over his head and makes a move for side control. Chatchai Photirat is able to hold him to half guard. Elix slips out of half guard and into side control. Photirat almost switches side control around, but falls short at the last moment. Elix postures up and lands a couple of strong elbows to the head of Chatchai Photirat. Chatchai Photirat rolls away from Elix but Elix follows him and takes his back. The bell signals the end of round 3.
