Round 1 A left high kick from Fox keeps Liam at bay. Jason Fox connects with a hard punch making Liam Gallagher bring him in to a tight clinch. Liam Gallagher drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Fox sets a guillotine choke but Liam Gallagher slips out at the last moment. Liam Gallagher is now caught in guard. Jason Fox works to butterfly guard. He shifts his weight to a side and bolsters to the stand up position. Gallagher lowers his hands to block a body kick, but Jason switches to a high kick and rattles the jaw of Gallagher.
The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. Fox ducks under a loopy hoop, taking Liam to the mat, and his back. The bell signals the end of round 1.
Round 2 Liam connects with a strong body shot combo. Jason connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. A welt begins to form under Gallaghers eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Jason. Jason connects with a jab cross combination. Liam attempts to press in on Fox but is met with powerful inside-leg kicks. Fox hits an uppercut to the head of Liam followed by a hard hook. Liam Gallagher takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Liam throws a cross that easily dodged by Jason Fox. The fighters circle each other. Liam takes a punch and goes to the mat, Jason pounces into side control. Liam recovers quickly. The round comes to an end.
Round 3 Jason connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Fox connects with a hard jab as Liam Gallagher attempts a wide outside hook. Gallagher snaps back the head of Fox with a stiff jab. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Jason lands a powerful uppercut in the clinch. Fox works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. Fox swims to double underhooks and turns Gallagher but Gallagher gets double underhooks of his own and rotates Fox right back into the cage. Round 3 is over.
