Round 1
Farmer parries Cassidys jab and connect with a cross. James Farmer grabs for a clinch but Cassidy Sherk grazes him with an uppercut. James Farmer staggers back, then surprises Cassidy Sherk with a powerful superman punch. A welt begins to form under Sherks eye after a strong cross-hook landed from "Bob and Throb". James Farmer stuffs a shot from Sherk and lands several shots to the body. Sherk attempts to pull guard but James Farmer pushes his way to full mount. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 2
A wild hook from Farmer is ducked by Cassidy Sherk who lands a cross-hook to the body before backing away. Farmer tries to hyperextend the knee of Cassidy Sherk with a kick to the kneecap. Cassidy Sherk hops back to avoid it. Cassidy hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Farmer keeps Cassidy at a distance with some well timed jabs. The bell signals the end of round 2.
