Round 1
Mitsuo connects with a jab cross combination. Marty narrowly dodges a cross from Mitsuo, but falls catching him in his guard. "Fartin" grabs the arm of Mitsuo while in guard and holds tight eating shots to ribs. Mitsuo attempts to drop bombs while caught in the guard, but "Fartin" takes the chance to switch Mitsuo over to mount him. Mitsuo attempts to escape mount but has no luck. Marty Martin throws some outside strikes at Mitsuo. The round comes to an end.

Round 2
After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. Marty Martin dodges an uppercut to the chin, though loses his balance and falls to the ground, with Mitsuo Kitagawa standing over him. Mitsuo Kitagawa drops a huge strike to "Fartins" chin, landing into his guard. "Fartin" fires elbows off his back to the top of the head of Mitsuo Kitagawa. Mitsuo pulls out of the guard of "Fartin", stands up, feels it out, and drops a huge right hand to the jaw of "Fartin". "Fartin" dodges some ground strikes from Mitsuo, and sends a few back of his own. Marty Martin gets his arm underneath the neck of Kitagawa while putting his opposite arm on the back of the head and applies pressure. Kitagawa taps out from too much pain.
