Round 1 Hopkins throws a teep backing Greg off. Both fighters begin to exchange Hopkins catches Greg with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets Greg gather himself. Greg says he is ok and the fight continues. Hopkins tries to hyperextend the knee of Greg with a kick to the kneecap. Greg hops back to avoid it. Holt is staggered by a jab to the chin. The round comes to an end.
Round 2 Holt connects with a jab cross combination. Greg hits an uppercut to the head of Hopkins followed by a hard hook. Greg Holt connects with a strong body shot combo. Dan Hopkins connects with a hard jab as Greg attempts a wide outside hook. Holt stuffs a shot from Hopkins and lands several shots to his body. Hopkins attempts to pull guard but Holt makes it to side mount. The round comes to an end.
Round 3 Hopkins slips a cross from Greg and lands an uppercut to the liver. Greg Holt connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Greg Holt throws a hard jab but Dan Hopkins throws a cross right over the top that knocks Greg Holt to the ground. Dan kicks at the legs of Greg and then asks him to stand up. The referee tells Greg to stand. Greg Holt is caught square on the jaw putting him to the canvas, Dan Hopkins prepares to pounce, but Greg Holt gets his bearings just in time. Hopkins lays into Gregs thighs with some well timed kicks while Greg is grounded. Dan kicks at the legs of Greg Holt and then asks him to stand up. The referee tells Greg Holt to stand. Dan Hopkins dodges a jab and throws a kick to the midsection of Greg. Dan Hopkins dodges a series of strikes from Greg Holt and counters with a body shot and cross. Dan Hopkins then backs up and wags a finger at Greg Holt. Round 3 is finished.
