Round 1 Perko connects with a jab cross combination. Perko hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. A welt begins to form under Jian Bais eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Patrik. Jian throws a wild punch, putting him off balance. A few well timed strikes from Perko puts Jian on the mat giving his back up. Patrik slides off to the side of Bai and lands several heavy knees into his ribs. Before he can lose the position, Patrik switches back to full back control. Perko lands a double punch to the head of Bai. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 2 Jian Bai gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. Jian tries to explode out the backdoor but Patrik sinks in both hooks, continually landing outside strikes. Jian falls flat to protect himself. Jian Bai starts to wiggle out of back control, Patrik Perko lets him escape putting them both on their feet. A shot from Patrik Perko is countered by a guillotine from Jian Bai. Patrik Perko follows through with a slam, landing in side mount, nullifying the choke. Patrik Perko slides his knee across the body of Bai and takes full mount. Perko secures his position. Jian attempts to buck Perko off from mount but Perko keeps his base and maintains position. The bell signals the end of round 2.
Round 3 Patrik sends Bai to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. Patrik pulls out of the guard of Jian Bai, stands up, feels it out, and drops a huge right hand to the jaw of Jian Bai. Jian slides his body to the side and pushes out of guard. Patrik grabs a guillotine hold and forces Jian back down gaining side control. Jian Bai almost switches side control around, but falls short at the last moment. Patrik Perko slides his knee across the body of Jian and takes full mount. Bai lands a good elbow as Perko lowers his torso. Jian is hit with multiple punches, and taps out.
