Round 1 Hart is hit with a jab-cross and then brutally shoved to the ground. Gus Fox falls into his guard, delivering a strong punch as he does so. While caught in the guard, Fox opens up a cut on Sal Hart with a devestating elbow. "Amish Warrior" takes advantage of a mental laps from Sal Hart and moves into full mount. Sal gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Sal tries to explode out the backdoor but Fox sinks in both hooks, continually landing outside strikes. Sal falls flat to protect himself. Hart starts to wiggle out of back control, Gus lets him escape putting them both on their feet. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Sal Hart receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Gus Fox. While tied up, Sal Hart is met with a hard uppercut. Gus parries Sals jab and lands a liver shot that buckles Sal Hart. Sal Hart rolls to his back with Gus standing over him. Fox attempts to drop a fist on Sal, but misses and lands in his guard. Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Sal Hart hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. Sal Hart connects with a combination and backs away from the counter combo of Gus Fox. Hart executes a single leg giving him the back of Fox. Sal Hart tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. Fox is able to make it back to the standing position. Sal ducks and weaves through a jab-cross combo but is hit with a nasty uppercut. Gus lands a devastating overhand right on Sal.Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Sal connects with jab cross combination. Sal sends Fox to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. A right hand from Gus while in guard angers Sal Hart who returns the favor with a powerful right hand. Fox is able to use the butterfly guard to land some short punches then push Hart up to standing.Round 3 comes to a close.
