Round 1 Elvis shoots a takedown from a distance putting Jason on the ground. Elvis Williamson drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. Williamson takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Foxs guard. It doesn't pay off as Jason makes his way to standing. Both fighters trade glancing shots continuing to find their respective range. Jason connects with a strong body shot combo. Elvis comes forward, throwing a short hook that distracts Jason Fox. Elvis then grabs an overhook and uses a small outside-hook throw and takes side control. Fox takes a few knees to the body while under Elvis Williamsons side control. Elvis Williamson throws his knee into the ribs of Fox. Round 1 is over.
Round 2 Williamson connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Both fighters begin to exchange Elvis catches Fox with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets Fox gather himself. Fox says he is ok and the fight continues. Williamson throws a few jabs at Jason Fox that miss the mark. The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. Elvis Williamson hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. A wild hook from Jason Fox is ducked by Elvis Williamson who lands a cross-hook to the body before backing away. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 3 Williamson circles Jason, landing jabs at will. Elvis connects with a hard punch making Jason bring him in to a tight clinch. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. Williamson works Fox into the cage from the clinch. Williamson presses his head under Jasons chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. Jason breaks away from the clinch while delivering a knee. Jason Fox lands a stiff jab and inside-leg kick. Jason rushes forward landing a quick succession of leg, body and head kicks sends Elvis Williamson back into the cage dizzied. Williamson circles Jason, mixing jabs with body shots. Fox chops away with a leg kick as Williamson simultaneously strikes back with a punch of his own. Williamson goes to attack but is hit with a spinning wheel kick to the head by Fox. Williamson crumples to the ground.
