Round 1 Elvis Williamson fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Jason. Williamson works to Jasons back while standing. Williamson throws a couple of outside shots until Jason Fox is able to work his way back to the clinch. Williamson takes Foxs back standing. Jason isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Williamson lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Jason to release. Williamson attempts a takedown, but Fox clumsily falls down without much provocation. Elvis attempts to drop a fist on Jason Fox, but misses and lands in his guard. Williamson takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Foxs guard. It doesn't pay off as Jason makes his way to standing. Elvis reaches down and trips Jason with a beautiful ankle pick. Elvis dives into his guard. Elvis sits up and fakes a double axehandle to the face, instead striking the body. Fox pulls Elvis close while he regains his breath. Elvis drops a few strong punches, opening up Foxs guard, giving him a chance to pass to mount. Round 1 is finished.
Round 2 Elvis narrowly dodges a cross from Fox, but falls catching him in his guard. Elvis Williamson begins to posture on his side. Jason Fox lands a couple of outside hooks and Elvis Williamson returns to the guard. Fox takes advantage of a mental laps from Williamson and moves into full mount. Jason Fox telegraphs his motions for an armbar, but Elvis gives up his back to stop the attempt. Elvis Williamson carefully protects himself from Jason Foxs strikes. Elvis Williamson slips out the back leading to both fighters standing up. Elvis attempts a striking combination, but Fox forces the clinch. Williamson attempts to grab the plum but is hit by an aggressive uppercut from Fox. Fox takes the back of Elvis Williamson who works for a kimura. Fox pulls his arm out of the hold and push Elvis Williamson away. Fox connects with a right that puts Williamson off balance tumbling to the mat, as Fox towers over him. Jason Fox stands over Elvis, works his way through his open guard and lands some solid standing punches. Elvis cannot trap him in his guard and pushes him away instead. Round 2 is finished.
Round 3 Williamson hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Jason gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. Fox carefully protects himself from Elvis Williamsons strikes. Jason Fox starts to wiggle out of back control, Elvis Williamson lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Jason Fox connects with a teep to the face of Elvis Williamson. Elvis Williamson ducks and weaves through a jab-cross combo but is hit with a nasty uppercut. Elvis parries a jab but leaves himself open for a uppercut that sends him to the canvas. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
