Round 1
Both fighters begin to exchange Chus catches James Farmer with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets James Farmer gather himself. James Farmer says he is ok and the fight continues. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Chus receieves numerous knees to the thighs from James Farmer. Chus Deleon is able to work to two overhooks and lands some strong knees and short hooks. Farmer attempts a takedown from the clinch, but Chus Deleon pulls a switch on him, ultimately leading to both fighters on their feet. A welt begins to form under Jamess eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Chus. Chus Deleon hoists up James Farmer in the air for a slam but James Farmer makes himself too heavy and gets his feet back to the ground. Farmer hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 2
After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Deleon is able to work to two overhooks and lands some strong knees and short hooks. Chus takes the back of Farmer who works for a kimura. Chus pulls his arm out of the hold and push Farmer away. Chus connects with a strong right hook. Chus Deleon connects with jab cross combination. James Farmer throws a cross that easily dodged by "El Profeta". Chus takes down Farmer, but remains standing over him. Deleon pounces on Farmer, but is met with a powerful upkick. Deleon manages to land into side control though.Round 2 comes to a close.

Round 3
"El Profeta" parries a jab but leaves himself open for an uppercut. "El Profeta" is cut open by a standing elbow strike. The ref stops the fight. The doctor take a look at the cut and determines "El Profeta" can continue. James connects with numerous jabs to the face of Chus Deleon. James lands a hook to the body then a straight cross to the sternum. A wild hook from Deleon is ducked by James Farmer who lands a cross-hook to the body before backing away. A shot from Chus Deleon is countered by a guillotine choke from James. Chus Deleon is forced to tap out.
