Round 1 Jim Collins throws a crisp jab, but Enrique Guzman slips it and moves in for the clinch. An attempt at a clinch takedown from Enrique Guzman is defended well by Jim. Enrique Guzman grabs an overhook, steps to the side and lands an incredibly hard cross with his free hand that knocks Jim the floor. Guzman kicks at the legs of Jim Collins and then asks him to stand up. The referee tells Jim Collins to stand. Guzman lands a double jab. Collins eats a strong cross as Enrique moves into the clinch. Enrique works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. Collins works to Enriques back while standing. Collins throws a couple of outside shots until Enrique is able to work his way back to the clinch. Guzman grabs the plum and pulls Jims face into a powerful knee. Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Jim works Guzman into the cage from the clinch. Jim presses his head under Enrique Guzmans chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. Jim recieves a strong elbow opening up the clinch. Jim chips away at Guzman with a series of kicks to the legs. A welt begins to form under Collinss eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Guzman. A shot from Jim Collins is countered by a guillotine from Guzman. Jim Collins follows through with a slam that stuns Guzman. Jim Collins lands multiple hammerfists, putting Guzman to sleep.
