Round 1 Gray snaps back the head of Woosnam with a stiff jab. Woosnam hits a lead uppercut and follows with a hard hook to the head of Larry Gray. After dodging a jab-cross, Gray lands a kick to the liver of Woosnam who steps back and begins to take a knee. Gray rushes forward to capitalize but Woosnam stands back up and is met by a strong cross-uppercut that again backs him up. Gray hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. Larry Gray lands a strong outside leg kick that buckles Dafydd. Larry Gray then switch kicks Dafydd on the opposing rib. Larry catches a leg kick from Woosnam, and puts him on the mat. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 2 The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. Woosnam throws a kick to the midsection of Gray. Dafydd Woosnam lands a solid kick to the inside thigh of Larry. Larry Gray attempts a takedown, but cannot finish it. Woosnam takes advantage of the moment taking side control.Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Dafydd connects with a hard punch making Gray bring him in to a tight clinch. Larry works Woosnam into the cage from the clinch. Larry presses his head under Woosnams chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. Dafydd takes the back of Larry who works for a kimura. Dafydd pulls his arm out of the hold and push Larry away. Dafydd Woosnam is cut open by a standing elbow strike. The ref stops the fight. The doctor take a look at the cut and determines Dafydd Woosnam can continue. Woosnam lands a double jab. Larry Gray lands a solid kick to the front leg of Dafydd Woosnam. A running flurry from Dafydd is countered by a shovel punch to the jaw. Larry then grabs the plum and throws Dafydd to the ground, immediately striking Woosnams thighs. Larry lays into Dafydd Woosnams thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. Woosnam does so. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
