Round 1 Chosto Medina fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Arthit. Chosto places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. While tied up, Aekkaluck is met with a hard uppercut. Aekkaluck Arthit throws a cross that easily dodged by Chosto Medina. Aekkaluck Arthit hits an uppercut to the head of Chosto Medina followed by a hard hook. Aekkaluck Arthit throws a cross that easily dodged by Chosto. A looping right hook from Chosto sends Aekkaluck to the mat. "Ghost" lays into Aekkaluck Arthits thighs with some well timed kicks while Aekkaluck is grounded. The bell signals the end of round 1.
Round 2 The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. Arthit connects with a hard punch making Medina bring him in to a tight clinch. Arthit is in the clinch with Medina, and changes levels for a beautiful double leg takedown. Arthit sits up in Chostos open guard and spins to an leg lock. Medina is able to gator-roll out of it and make it to standing. A couple of powerful body shots forces Aekkaluck Arthit back to the cage. Medina swims to double underhooks. Aekkaluck Arthit cannot stop Medina from stepping back and taking him to the floor. Chosto Medina tries to pass guard but Arthit stops him with a well timed punch. Aekkaluck Arthit start to move for the kimura but "Ghost" postures up and drop a powerful double-axe handle that forces Aekkaluck Arthit flat on his back. Chosto Medina strikes to the body of Arthit from in guard, opening Arthit up for a headshot which bruises his brow. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 3 Aekkaluck fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with "Ghost". Aekkaluck Arthit works to Chosto Medinas back while standing. Aekkaluck Arthit throws a couple of outside shots until "Ghost" is able to work his way back to the clinch. Aekkaluck dodges an uppercut to the chin, though loses his balance and falls to the ground, with Medina standing over him. Chosto attempts to drop a fist on Aekkaluck Arthit, but misses and lands in his guard. Arthit grabs the arm of "Ghost" while in guard and holds tight eating shots to ribs. A tight body triangle from the bottom position forces Medina to pull Aekkaluck Arthit close. Medina is having trouble breathing in Arthits guard. Chosto tries to pass guard but Aekkaluck stops him with a well timed punch. Aekkaluck Arthit moves to half guard then is able to grab a butterfly guard, eventually working to standing. The round comes to an end.
