Round 1 Eugene narrowly dodges a cross from Figueroa, but falls catching him in his guard. Davidson sinks a deep kimura, but Figueroa slides out. This gives Davidson the chance to switch to half guard. Figueroa is able to slip into mount from the half guard. Xavier Figueroa throws some outside strikes at Eugene. Xavier telegraphs his motions for an armbar, but Eugene Davidson gives up his back to stop the attempt. Figueroa lands a double punch to the head of Eugene. Figueroa lands undefended strikes to the side of Eugene Davidsons head. The ref stops the fight.
