Round 1 Panchito Rivera attempts a striking combination, but Starnes forces the clinch. A stiff elbow looks to have Panchito Rivera dazed. Atlas breaks away from the clinch while delivering a knee. Atlas keeps Panchito Rivera at a distance with some well timed jabs. "All Star" throws a few strikes allowing him to clinch with his opponent. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. Atlas begins to thrust his shoulder in the face of Panchito Rivera. Atlas Starnes gets double underhooks, and unleashes unanswered knees to the midsection. Round 1 is over.
Round 2 Atlas Starnes connects with a strong right hook. Starnes narrowly dodges a cross from Rivera, but falls catching him in his guard. Panchito drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. Panchito pushes down Atlass leg, allowing him to pass guard into half guard. Panchito is able to slip into mount from the half guard. Rivera telegraphs his motions for an armbar, but Starnes gives up his back to stop the attempt. Atlas starts to wiggle out of back control, Panchito Rivera lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Atlas Starnes connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. "All Star" shoots in on Panchito Rivera but cannot finish the takedown. Panchito Rivera lands a couple of knees to the head, forcing "All Star" to roll to his guard. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 3 Panchito connects with a hard punch making Atlas bring him in to a tight clinch. Panchito Rivera lands a powerful uppercut in the clinch. Rivera escapes the clinch and creates some distance. Rivera parries Starness jab and connect with a cross. The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. Panchito Rivera sprawls a takedown attempt from "All Star". "All Star" eats several punches on the way back to his feet. Starnes is caught square on the jaw putting him to the canvas, Panchito prepares to pounce, but Starnes gets his bearings just in time. Panchito lays into Atlas Starness thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. "All Star" does so. Round 3 is finished.
