Round 1 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Branden lands a powerful knee to the face of Navolska. Branden breaks away from the clinch while delivering a knee. Branden blocks a cross, liver shot combo but is pushed backward. Roman tries to press the action but is met with a hook, uppercut that keep him at bay. Branden tries to hyperextend the knee of Navolska with a kick to the kneecap. Navolska hops back to avoid it. "Kumite" circles Roman, mixing jabs with body shots. Roman attempts a takedown but slips, and Cole backs away. Cole is standing over Roman. Roman Navolska thrusts his leg into Branden Coles knee while grounded.Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Navolska snaps back the head of Branden with a stiff jab. Roman Navolska fakes a shot and lunges forward pressing Branden to the cage. Branden swims for underhooks but is taken down in the process. "Kumite" begins to posture on his side. Roman lands a couple of outside hooks and "Kumite" returns to the guard. Branden Cole is caught off guard by a kneebar attempt from Roman. Branden Cole struggles out of the lock and attempts to scramble. Roman is too quick and lunges forward to take half guard. Branden Cole holds the head of Navolska close to avoid shots. Navolska slams shots to his opponents ribs and throws hard elbows to the thighs. Roman Navolska attempts to sink a neck crank from half guard. It does not appear to be tight enough as Branden gives a thumbs up to the referee until he finally struggles out. "Centurion" slips out of half guard and into side control. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 3 Branden hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Branden hits an uppercut to the head of Roman followed by a hard hook. Both fighters begin to exchange Cole catches "Centurion" with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets "Centurion" gather himself. "Centurion" says he is ok and the fight continues. "Centurion" fakes a shot and lunges forward pressing Branden to the cage. Branden swims for underhooks but is taken down in the process. Round 3 comes to a close.
