Round 1 Verma eats a strong cross as Ace moves into the clinch. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. "Kumite" drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Arun sets a guillotine choke but "Kumite" slips out at the last moment. "Kumite" is now caught in guard. Arun Verma begins to posture on his side. Andrews lands a couple of outside hooks and Arun Verma returns to the guard. Ace Andrews uses strikes to open Aruns guard. Ace Andrews stands up and waves Arun Verma up. "Kumite" connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Andrews connects with a series of punches forcing Arun into a clinch. Verma tries to break away from the clinch to no avail. Ace has him on lockdown, peppering him with stiff shots. Arun Verma is pulled into a knee that hits his liver. Arun Verma falls through the clinch and to all fours. "Kumite" leans over him landing outside strikes until Arun Verma crumbles to the canvas.
