Round 1 "Holds The Door" feints a takedown attempt and connects with a left hook dropping Khattak. "Holds The Door" dives into guard. A deep cut is open up over the eye of "KUMITE" from strikes in the guard. The ref stops the fight so the doctor can look at it. The doctor says he can continue. "KUMITE" attempts an omoplata and almost has it sunk but "Holds The Door" is able to survive any major damage. "KUMITE" cannot finish the hold and decides to stand up. Kyle circles Ismail, mixing jabs and leg kicks. Moore lands a double jab. Kyle Moore reaches down and trips Ismail with a beautiful ankle pick. Kyle Moore dives into side control. Kyle attempts to mount, but gets a few punches from "KUMITE" for his troubles. Kyle Moore moves to north-south position. "KUMITE" begins to roll out from under Kyle Moore but Kyle Moore is able scramble to Khattaks back. Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Moore hits an uppercut to the head of "KUMITE" followed by a hard hook. Kyle eats a jab,jab, then a hook from Ismail Khattak. Kyle Moore throws a wild punch, putting him off balance. A few well timed strikes from Khattak puts Kyle Moore on the mat giving his back up. Khattak attempts to lock in a rear naked choke, but Kyle rolls into to mount to cleverly avoid it. Kyle Moore shifts his head and hips to keep Ismail Khattak off balance and unable to land strikes. Moore gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Both fighters trade glancing shots continuing to find their respective range. Ismail Khattak narrowly dodges a cross from Kyle Moore, but falls catching him in his guard. Ismail Khattak attempts to transition to the butterfly guard but Kyle is too quick and takes half guard. "KUMITE" snatches a kimura lock and sweeps Moore over to side control. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
