Round 1 "Kumite Bloodthirster" attempts a striking combination, but Frye Mack forces the clinch. "Kumite Bloodthirster" is jockeying for position in the clinch. "Kumite" escapes the clinch and creates some distance. Mark connects with numerous jabs to the face of Frye. Mark Barrett starts to put on the pressure, forcing Frye Mack back into the cage. Mark Barrett takes advantage and clinches. Barrett receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Frye. Mack absorbs several body shots while being tied up. Barrett utilizes his dirty boxing, landing short but powerful hooks to the ribs and uppercuts to the chin of Mack. The round comes to an end.
Round 2 Frye Mack throws a crisp jab, but Mark Barrett slips it and moves in for the clinch. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. Frye Mack takes the back of "Kumite Bloodthirster" who works for a kimura. Frye Mack pulls his arm out of the hold and push "Kumite Bloodthirster" away. Frye is on the receiving end of a good punching combination from "Kumite Bloodthirster". "Kumite" connects with a hard punch making Barrett bring him in to a tight clinch. Frye Mack works to Marks back while standing. Frye Mack throws a couple of outside shots until Mark Barrett is able to work his way back to the clinch. Mark Barrett begins to thrust his shoulder in the face of Mack. Mark Barrett maintains his dominant position in the clinch, only opening for a stiff uppercut. Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Frye Mack circles "Kumite Bloodthirster", mixing jabs and leg kicks. Frye throws a powerful left hook, but is met with a strong jab from "Kumite Bloodthirster". Barrett is met with a strong kick to the ribs. "Kumite Bloodthirster" throws a few strikes allowing him to clinch with his opponent. While keeping "Kumite" pinned in the clinch, "Kumite Bloodthirster" opens up on his midsection with some powerful shots. "Kumite" is hit by successive knees on either side of his ribcage. Frye Mack receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Barrett. Mark Barrett bullies forward in the clinch sending both fighters tumbling over. Mack ends up mounting Mark Barrett. Round 3 is over.
