Round 1 "Hulk" connects with jab cross combination. Alex Banuelos fires a haymaker but misses spinning himself around. "Hulk" quickly takes his back. Banuelos carefully protects himself from Joeys strikes. Alex Banuelos is able to make it back to the standing position. Alex connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Banuelos shuffles away from Joeys strikes and lands a powerful chopping kick to the lead leg. Joey Hogan backs away, obviously feeling the affects of the kick. Alex Banuelos weaves through a jab-cross combo but is met with a strong knee. Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Banuelos throws a solid knee to the jaw of Joey. Banuelos breaks away from the clinch while delivering a knee. Alex Banuelos connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Hogan hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Alex connects with a teep to the face of Hogan. Joey parries a jab but is hit with a powerful knee to that midsection that drops him to the floor. Alex Banuelos kicks at the thighs of Joey Hogan. Round 2 is finished.
Round 3 Joey Hogan is struck by a ball kick from Alex that causes him to stumble backwards. Banuelos circles Joey Hogan, mixing jabs with body shots. Alex Banuelos uses his jabs to set up crushing inside and outside leg kicks. A welt begins to form under Hogans eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Alex Banuelos. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
