Round 1 "The Mantis" hits a lead uppercut and follows with a hard hook to the head of Cannon. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Cannon drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Eimantas sets a guillotine choke but Cannon slips out at the last moment. Cannon is now caught in guard. Eimantas backs out of the guard after some unsuccessful motions and both fighters are standing. Jean winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. Eimantas Saulys attempts to press in on Cannon but is met with powerful inside-leg kicks. The fighters circle each other. Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Jean Cannon lands a double jab. Saulys keeps Cannon at a distance with some well timed jabs. Cannon connects with a teep to the face of Saulys. Jean attempts to clinch, but "The Mantis" connects with an uppercut to the jaw. Saulys lands a double jab. The bell signals the end of round 2.
Round 3 Jean connects with a hard punch making Saulys bring him in to a tight clinch. Jean Cannon works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. Cannon takes Eimantass back standing. Eimantas isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Cannon lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Eimantas to release. Jean connects with a combination and backs away from the counter combo of Eimantas. Eimantas is struck by a ball kick from Cannon that opens him up for a push kick to the midsection. Cannon just misses with a head kick, grazing "The Mantiss" skull. "The Mantis" parries a jab but is caught by a sweeping leg kick that sends him to the floor. Jean Cannon drops a powerful fist onto Eimantas. "The Mantiss" eyes roll back into his head, and this fight is over.
