Round 1
Assis Belfort connects with a hard jab as Ace Andrews attempts a wide outside hook. Belfort traps Ace Andrews in the cage, landing a few strong punches to the face and body. "Thicker Than Oatmeal" traps "Kumite" in the cage, landing a few strong punches to the face and body. "Thicker Than Oatmeal" lands a double jab. Both fighters trade glancing shots continuing to find their respective range. Round 1 is over.

Round 2
Ace Andrews tries to hyperextend the knee of Assis Belfort with a kick to the kneecap. Assis Belfort hops back to avoid it. Ace pressures his opponent into clinching. "Kumite" works to Belforts back while standing. "Kumite" throws a couple of outside shots until Belfort is able to work his way back to the clinch. Andrews stomps the feet of "Thicker Than Oatmeal". Belfort swims to double underhooks and turns Ace but Ace gets double underhooks of his own and rotates Belfort right back into the cage. Ace Andrews works "Thicker Than Oatmeal" into a corner, swimming for double underhooks. Ace Andrews presses his head into Assis Belforts chest, forcing him to the ground. Round 2 is over.

Round 3
Belfort connects with a hard punch making Andrews bring him in to a tight clinch. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. "Thicker Than Oatmeal" recieves a strong elbow opening up the clinch. Ace Andrews slips a cross from Assis and lands an uppercut to the liver. "Kumite" is dizzied on his feet from a furious punching sequence from "Thicker Than Oatmeal". Assis hits an uppercut to the head of Ace followed by a hard hook. The bell signals the end of round 3.
