Round 1 "Phreak" throws a crisp jab, but "Thicker Than Oatmeal" slips it and moves in for the clinch. Quico places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. "Thicker Than Oatmeal" takes the back of Quico Ramos who works for a kimura. "Thicker Than Oatmeal" pulls his arm out of the hold and push Quico Ramos away. Assis throws a teep backing Quico off. Quico Ramos parries a jab but leaves himself open for a hard cross. Quico throws a hard jab but "Thicker Than Oatmeal" throws a cross right over the top that knocks Quico to the ground. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 2 "Thicker Than Oatmeal" parries a right jab and lands a beautiful crescent kick, striking the ribs. Ramos throws a crisp jab, but Assis slips it and moves in for the clinch. "Phreak" drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Assis sets a guillotine choke but "Phreak" slips out at the last moment. "Phreak" is now caught in guard. "Thicker Than Oatmeal" attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. Assis Belfort sprawls a takedown attempt from Quico Ramos. Quico Ramos eats several punches on the way back to his feet. Quico eats a jab,jab, then a hook from Belfort. "Thicker Than Oatmeal" stuffs a shot from "Phreak" and lands some powerful outside hammerfists, eventually taking side mount. Round 2 is finished.
Round 3 Quico Ramos continually moves away from Belfort, who stalks him patiently, occasionally landing a jab or cross. A wild hook from Belfort is ducked by Ramos who lands a cross-hook to the body before backing away. "Phreak" lands multiple inside leg kicks that have Assis circling away. Quico dodges a jab and clinches with Assis Belfort, delivering a knee as he does so. Assis Belfort is struck by some looping punches and kicks and goes for the clinch to shorten the distance. "Phreak" welcomes the clinch landing a lead knee and a powerful elbow. Then pushes Assis Belfort back to striking distance. Belfort attempts to clinch, but Quico connects with an uppercut to the jaw. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
