Aquino is cut under his eye by a hard overhand from "The Pretzel" while utilizing the guard. Ekkehardt takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Aquinos guard. It doesn't pay off as Aquino makes his way to standing. Junior connects with a strong body shot combo. Ekkehardt Ritzel dives in for a takedown but the momentum of the attempt ends in a scramble back to their feet. "Dead Pinoy" takes a punch and goes to the mat, Ritzel pounces into side control. "Dead Pinoy" recovers quickly. "The Pretzel" drops some hammer fists on Aquino. Junior Aquino sweeps over Ekkehardt Ritzel and quickly obtains mount position. The round comes to an end.
