Round 1 Douglas throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Ekkehardt is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. "Kumite" tries to hyperextend the knee of Ritzel with a kick to the kneecap. Ritzel hops back to avoid it. "Kumite" feints and follows up with a hard cross. Ekkehardt Ritzel stalks forward paws away with a couple jabs missing the mark. "Kumite" connects with 1-2 jab hook combo and quickly steps away. Jim Douglas connects with 1-2 jab hook combo and quickly steps away. "Kumite" snaps back the head of "The Pretzel" with a stiff jab. The bell signals the end of round 1.
Round 2 Douglas parries Ritzels jab and lands a hook. Ritzel executes a single leg giving him the back of Jim. "Kumite" carefully protects himself from "The Pretzels" strikes. Douglas starts to wiggle out of back control, Ritzel lets him escape putting them both on their feet. "The Pretzel" lands a strong outside leg kick that is returned by Jim. "The Pretzel" parries Douglass jab and connect with a cross. Douglas catches a leg kick and fires a hard punch to the head dropping Ekkehardt Ritzel. The round comes to an end.
Round 3 Jim Douglas hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Jim circles Ekkehardt Ritzel, landing jabs at will. Ritzel dives in for a takedown but the momentum of the attempt ends in a scramble back to their feet. "Kumite" circles Ekkehardt Ritzel, keeping him at bay with quick strikes. The round comes to an end.
