Round 1 Wulzhan Karimov locks in a tight muay thai clinch and lands several knees to the ribs of Cru. Karimov places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Karimov takes the back of Morin who works for a kimura. Karimov pulls his arm out of the hold and push Morin away. Morin takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Wulzhan Karimov shuffles away from Cru Morins strikes and lands a powerful chopping kick to the lead leg. Cru Morin backs away, obviously feeling the affects of the kick. As Morin presses forward Karimov throws a wild spinning backfist that hits Morin flush. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 2 Cru Morin connects with jab cross combination. "Vulkan" throws a crisp jab, but Morin slips it and moves in for the clinch. Karimov takes Crus back standing, but Morin isolates an arm and locks a spinning kimura but Karimov squirms out and both fighters end up standing. Cru pressures his opponent into clinching. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. Morin has double underhooks, locks across the body, and takes Karimov down to the mat, landing in great side control. "Vulkan" takes a few knees to the body while under Cru Morins side control. Wulzhan gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. Round 2 is finished.
Round 3 Wulzhan connects with a strong body shot combo. "Disco Man" connects with a hard punch making Karimov bring him in to a tight clinch. Cru works Wulzhan into the cage from the clinch. Cru presses his head under Wulzhans chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. "Disco Man" places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Cru works to Wulzhans back while standing. Cru throws a couple of outside shots until Wulzhan is able to work his way back to the clinch. In the clinch both fighters pushing back and forth. Cru quickly drops to trip Wulzhan with a Kibisu Gaeshi. Cru jumps into his guard. The bell signals the end of round 3.
