Round 1
Pany throws a hard jab but Semer throws a cross right over the top that knocks Pany to the ground. Semer Mengesha attempts to drop a fist on Trow, but misses and lands in his guard. "Red Pany Night" is hit with a series of powerful punches while utilizing the guard. Semer passes through Pany Trows guard into mount. Pany attempts to escape mount but has no luck. Pany Trow gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Semer begins to look for a rear naked choke, but Pany rolls to being mounted instead. Pany bucks off Semer and sweeps him over taking side control. Round 1 is finished.

Round 2
After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Semer gets double underhooks, and unleashes unanswered knees to the midsection. Semer Mengesha dodges an uppercut to the chin, though loses his balance and falls to the ground, with Trow standing over him. Pany Trow attempts to drop a fist on Mengesha, but misses and lands in his guard. Mengesha fires elbows off his back to the top of the head of "Red Pany Night". Semer grabs the arm of Pany while in guard and holds tight eating shots to ribs. Mengesha goes for a kimura from the bottom, but Pany slips out at the last second. Trow loses his position, allowing Mengesha to slip behind and lock in a rear naked choke. Trow quickly taps out.
