Round 1 James Long throws a cross that easily dodged by "The Mark of Cain". James connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. James gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. James Long carefully protects himself from Abel Blairs strikes. Abel peppers shot to the head of James Long looking for an opening to apply a rear naked choke but James Long is hand playing well. Round 1 is over.
Round 2 James throws a wild punch, putting him off balance. A few well timed strikes from "The Mark of Cain" puts James on the mat giving his back up. Abel tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. James Long starts to wiggle out of back control, "The Mark of Cain" lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Abel Blair locks around the waist of James. He sneaks his foot behind James Longs and trips him to the floor, taking side control. Abel slides his knee across the body of James Long and takes full mount. "The Mark of Cain" executes a double hand slap to the ears of James Long. "Swan Song" bucks Abel Blair off and sweeps him over getting into his half guard. Round 2 is over.
Round 3 "Swan Song" works "The Mark of Cain" into the cage, swimming for double underhooks. "Swan Song" presses his head into Abels chest, forcing him to the ground. Long knocks the wind out of Blair with a strong elbow strike to the abdomen. James Long takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in "The Mark of Cains" guard. It doesn't pay off as Blair makes his way to standing. James Long hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. Long connects with numerous jabs to the face of Abel. James Long locks around the waist of Abel Blair. He sneaks his foot behind Blairs and trips him to the floor, taking side control. "Swan Song" lands a few stiff elbows from side control. A series of strong hammerfists forces Blair to try and roll toward "Swan Song". "Swan Song" lands a devastating shovel punch that roll Blair to his back. "Swan Song" scrambles to his back. The round comes to an end.
