Round 1 Cameron Davidson grabs for a clinch but Bill grazes him with an uppercut. Cameron Davidson staggers back, then surprises Bill with a powerful superman punch. Cameron Davidson gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. Davidson carefully protects himself from Bill Ryans strikes. Cameron Davidson is able to make it back to the standing position. Cameron sprawls a takedown attempt from Bill. Bill eats several punches on the way back to his feet. A wild hook from Ryan is ducked by Davidson who lands a cross-hook to the body before backing away. Bill shoots but Cameron stuffs it, eventually working in a whizzer and landing some sharp knees that allows him to move to side mount. Round 1 is over.
Round 2 Bill ducks under a loopy hoop, taking Cameron Davidson to the mat, and his back. Bill Ryan tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. Cameron Davidson slips out the back leading to both fighters standing up. Davidson loses his balance from a well timed strike, and is awkwardly taken down by Bill Ryan for the mistake. Bill Ryan has side control. Ryan slides his knee across the body of Cameron Davidson and takes full mount. Bill Ryan punishes Cameron Davidson with a series of strikes from the mount. Cameron Davidson bucks off Ryan and both fighters get to their feet. Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Ryan tries to hyperextend the knee of Cameron Davidson with a kick to the kneecap. Cameron Davidson hops back to avoid it. Cameron Davidson shoots but Ryan stuffs it, eventually working in a whizzer and landing some sharp knees that allows him to move to side mount. Bill wraps the arm of Cameron behind his back and traps it. Bill pounds away with shots to the face. Cameron Davidson gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. Cameron tries to stand up but Ryan plants him back down with several strikes. Davidson starts to wiggle out of back control, Ryan lets him escape putting them both on their feet. The round comes to an end.
