Round 1
After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Guy places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Gage recieves a strong elbow opening up the clinch. Gage throws a hard jab but Guy Harvey throws a cross right over the top rocking Gage. Guy ducks and weaves through a quick combo from Thompson and knocks him back with a shovel punch to the jaw. Gage takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Gage is sent crashing to the mat by a powerful right hook. Harvey stands over Thompson, works his way through his open guard and lands some solid standing punches. Thompson cannot trap him in his guard and pushes him away instead. The round comes to an end.

Round 2
Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. Harvey throws a cross that easily dodged by Gage Thompson. Gage Thompson ducks under a loopy hoop, taking "Young Nastyman" to the mat, and his back. "Young Nastyman" rolls back into being mounted. Gage Thompson executes a double hand slap to the ears of "Young Nastyman". Gage telegraphs his motions for an armbar, but Guy Harvey gives up his back to stop the attempt. Round 2 is finished.

Round 3
Guy circles Gage Thompson, landing jabs at will. Guy throws a cross that easily dodged by Gage. Guy reaches down and trips Gage with a beautiful ankle pick. Guy dives into back control. Guy lands a series of heavy punches forcing Gage to roll to his back, giving Guy mount. Guy maintains mount but laying some well timed strikes. Harvey jumps out of mount and back to dominant side control. Round 3 comes to a close.
