Round 1 "The Scorpion" connects with a strong right hook. "The Scorpion" lands a strong outside leg kick that buckles Moreno. "The Scorpion" then switch kicks Moreno on the opposing rib. Jesu lands a hook to the body then a straight cross to the sternum. Jesu Moreno ducks under a loopy hoop, taking Sanders to the mat, and his back. Jesu Moreno peppers Angus Sanders with several shots to the face. Angus tries to stand up but Jesu plants him back down with several strikes. Round 1 is over.
Round 2 Sanders hits a lead uppercut and follows with a hard hook to the head of Moreno. "The Scorpion" throws a push kick. Moreno shucks it and strikes with a overhand that crashes into Anguss nose.
Angus Sanders connects with a hard punch making Jesu Moreno bring him in to a tight clinch. Angus Sanders grabs the plum and lands several knees to the legs Jesu Moreno. Jesu Moreno is sent crashing to the mat by a powerful right hook. "The Scorpion" stands over Moreno, works his way through his open guard and lands some solid standing punches. Moreno cannot trap him in his guard and pushes him away instead. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 3 Moreno reaches down and trips Angus with a beautiful ankle pick. Moreno dives into back control. Jesu executes a double hand slap to the ears of Sanders. Angus Sanders starts to wiggle out of back control, Jesu Moreno lets him escape putting them both on their feet. "The Scorpion" is caught with a double leg takedown, forcing him to give side control. Round 4 Angus Sanders attempts a lazy shot, which Moreno sprawls, eventually taking Angus Sanders back. Jesu Moreno tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. Sanders is able to make it back to the standing position. Angus is brought to his back by a well executed takedown from Jesu. Jesu now has side control. Moreno slides his knee across the body of Angus and takes full mount. Moreno secures his position. Moreno secures his position. Round 4 is over.
Round 5 Angus Sanders lands a solid kick to the front leg of Jesu. Angus Sanders hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. Both fighters begin to exchange Jesu Moreno catches Angus Sanders with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets Angus Sanders gather himself. Angus Sanders says he is ok and the fight continues. Jesu Moreno connects with a strong body shot combo. Jesu Moreno attempts to clinch, but Angus Sanders connects with an uppercut to the jaw. Moreno catches a leg kick and fires a hard punch to the head dropping Sanders. Round 5 is finished.
