Round 1 Sullivan feints a takedown attempt and connects with a left hook dropping Aristide Turati. Sullivan dives into guard. Aristide gives up guard avoiding a powerful hammer fist. He now has half guard. Aristide tries to slip his leg out to get full guard, but is having difficulty. Sullivan presses his foot onto the thigh of Aristide Turati to get his own foot free. He successfully releases his leg and moves to side control. Aristide takes a few knees to the body while under Sullivans side control. Sullivan delivers knees to the body and sharp forearms to the head forcing Aristide to turn over. Sullivan takes the back. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 2 Sullivan fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Aristide. Turati places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Turati takes Frank Sullivans back standing. Sullivan isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Turati lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Sullivan to release. Turati feints and follows up with a hard cross. Sullivan stalks forward paws away with a couple jabs missing the mark. Turati ducks and weaves through a jab-cross combo but is hit with a nasty uppercut. Sullivan ducks and weaves through a quick combo from Aristide and knocks him back with a shovel punch to the jaw. Aristide parries Sullivans jab and lands an uppercut that floors Frank Sullivan. Aristide Turati lays into Frank with some stomps. Frank can't handle it as the ref stops the fight.
