Round 1 A wild hook from Curcio is ducked by Khalaji who lands a cross-hook to the body before backing away. Apaza hits a lead uppercut and follows with a hard hook to the head of Raheem Khalaji. Curcio is met with a strong kick to the ribs. Raheem is cornered by " Karate " who tries to press the action. Raheem is able to block well and circles away from " Karate ", delivering a chopping leg kick and a grazing cross as he does so. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 2 A wild hook from " Karate " is ducked by Khalaji who lands a cross-hook to the body before backing away. Raheem Khalaji fires a haymaker but misses spinning himself around. Curcio quickly takes his back. Raheem Khalaji carefully protects himself from Curcio Apazas strikes. Raheem is able to make it back to the standing position. The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. Khalaji parries Apazas jab and connect with a cross. Raheem connects with numerous jabs to the face of " Karate ". Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Curcio Apaza is met with a strong kick to the ribs. Raheem connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Raheem misses with an axe kick that has Curcio Apaza back up. Curcio Apaza attempts to press in on Raheem Khalaji but is met with powerful inside-leg kicks. Raheem Khalaji tries to hyperextend the knee of Apaza with a kick to the kneecap. Apaza hops back to avoid it. Round 3 is over.
