Round 1 Hawk Johnson connects with a series of punches forcing Marco Arrighetti into a clinch. Arrighetti places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Arrighetti takes the back of Hawk Johnson who works for a kimura. Arrighetti pulls his arm out of the hold and push Hawk Johnson away. Arrighetti feints and follows up with a hard cross. Hawk stalks forward paws away with a couple jabs missing the mark. Hawk shuffles away from Marcos strikes and lands a powerful chopping kick to the lead leg. Marco Arrighetti backs away, obviously feeling the affects of the kick. Arrighetti lands a devastating overhand right on Johnson. The bell signals the end of round 1.
Round 2 Johnson throws a teep backing Arrighetti off. Arrighetti throws a crisp jab, but Johnson slips it and moves in for the clinch. Hawk places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Arrighetti receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Hawk Johnson. Hawk takes Marco Arrighettis back standing. Marco isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Hawk lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Marco to release. Hawk Johnson lands a strong outside leg kick that is returned by Marco Arrighetti. Arrighetti throws a push kick. Hawk Johnson shucks it and strikes with a overhand that crashes into Arrighettis nose.
Marco Arrighetti lands a strong outside leg kick that is returned by Hawk. Johnson connects with a hard right hand putting Marco on the mat. Johnson goes down with him into side control. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 3 Hawk Johnson is thrown for a tizzy by the sheer volume of punches that Marco is throwing his direction. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Hawk drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Marco Arrighetti sets a guillotine choke but Hawk slips out at the last moment. Hawk is now caught in guard. Marco Arrighetti attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. A jab-hook-uppercut combo has Hawk stepping back and shaking the cobwebs out. Arrighetti is met with a strong kick to the ribs. Hawk hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. The bell signals the end of round 3.
