Round 1 Patrick winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. Patrick Ross connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. Patrick Ross connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Yoshi Fukuda throws a push kick. Patrick shucks it and strikes with a overhand that crashes into Yoshi Fukudas nose.
Ross plows through Fukuda with a driving double leg takedown. The round comes to an end.
Round 2 Fukuda connects with a hard punch making Patrick Ross bring him in to a tight clinch. Patrick receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Fukuda. Patrick drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Fukuda sets a guillotine choke but Patrick slips out at the last moment. Patrick is now caught in guard. Patrick is pulled close and is hit with a couple of strong heel strikes to the back. A tight body triangle from the bottom position forces Patrick Ross to pull Yoshi Fukuda close. Patrick Ross is having trouble breathing in Fukudas guard. Fukuda shifts his hips to get better position in the guard. Yoshi fires elbows off his back to the top of the head of Ross. Round 2 is finished.
Round 3 Ross connects with a jab cross combination. Patrick Ross slips a cross from Yoshi and lands jab cross to the body. Yoshi Fukuda attempts to press in on Patrick Ross but is met with powerful inside-leg kicks. Fukuda looks to press the action with a flurry of punches but Patrick Ross lands a strong lead-leg kick and circles away. Patrick narrowly dodges a cross from Yoshi Fukuda, but falls catching him in his guard. Round 3 is finished.
