Round 1 A welt begins to form under Yoshis eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Patrick Ross. Patrick snaps back the head of Yoshi with a stiff jab. Patrick is staggered by a jab to the chin. A welt begins to form under Yoshi Fukudas eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Patrick. The round comes to an end.
Round 2 Yoshi Fukuda connects with a series of punches forcing Ross into a clinch. Ross places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Patrick takes Yoshi Fukudas back standing. Yoshi isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Patrick lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Yoshi to release. Patrick Ross hits a lead uppercut and follows with a hard hook to the head of Yoshi. Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Patrick Ross parries Fukudas jab and connect with a cross. Patrick throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Yoshi is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. Fukuda fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Patrick. Yoshi takes the back of Ross who works for a kimura. Yoshi pulls his arm out of the hold and push Ross away. Yoshi Fukuda sends Patrick to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. Yoshi takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Patricks guard. It doesn't pay off as Ross makes his way to standing. Fukuda narrowly dodges a cross from Ross, but falls catching him in his guard. Yoshi Fukuda sets in an omaplata, forcing Patrick to roll through, giving Yoshi Fukuda side control. Yoshi Fukuda attempts to mount, but gets a few punches from Patrick for his troubles. Patrick Ross is caught in side control. Fukuda waits for the proper moment and locks an arm triangle. Patrick Ross beings to struggle, but the hold is too tight and he taps.
