Round 1
Rodrigo Cardoso lands multiple inside leg kicks that have Meyer circling away. Rodrigo Cardoso is brought to his back by a well executed takedown from Ron Meyer. Ron Meyer now has side control. Rodrigo Cardoso takes a few knees to the body while under Rons side control. Ron Meyer delivers knees to the body and sharp forearms to the head forcing Rodrigo to turn over. Ron Meyer takes the back. "3" lands a double punch to the head of Cardoso. Giving up his back, Cardoso panics and gives up mount instead. The bell signals the end of round 1.

Round 2
A left high kick from Cardoso keeps Meyer at bay. Rodrigo Cardoso rushes forward landing a quick succession of leg, body and head kicks sends Ron back into the cage dizzied. Rodrigo connects with a hard jab as "3" attempts a wide outside hook. Rodrigo Cardoso is staggered by a jab to the chin. Rodrigo Cardoso throws a cross that easily dodged by Ron Meyer. Rodrigo tries to hyperextend the knee of Meyer with a kick to the kneecap. Meyer hops back to avoid it. Ron Meyer connects with jab cross combination. Ron Meyer lowers his hands to block a body kick, but Rodrigo Cardoso switches to a high kick and rattles the jaw of Ron Meyer. Rodrigo Cardoso just misses with a head kick, grazing Meyers skull. Meyer is pulled into a knee that hits his liver. Meyer falls through the clinch and to all fours. Rodrigo leans over him landing outside strikes until Meyer crumbles to the canvas.
