Round 1 Mann ducks under a loopy hoop, taking Stu Stevens to the mat, and his back. Mann works his arm around the neck of Stu Stevens attempting to get a tight rear naked choke but Stu Stevens hand fights well. Stu Stevens slips out the back leading to both fighters standing up. Mann shoots in for a takedown but the attempt is stuffed by Stevens. Mann sneaks a foot behind Stu Stevenss leg and takes him to the mat, landing in side control. Stevens is wisely defending a kimura. Walter Mann attempts to take it but Stevens is having none of it, though Walter Mann has used the chance the slide into mount. Mann maintains mount but laying some well timed strikes. Stu gets pummeled by the fists of Mann. Stu gives up his back in an attempt to escape, but doesn't quite make it. Round 1 is over.
Round 2 Mann grabs for a clinch but Stevens grazes him with an uppercut. Mann staggers back, then surprises Stevens with a powerful superman punch. Stevens is brought to his back by a well executed takedown from Walter. Walter now has side control. Stevens almost switches side control around, but falls short at the last moment. Stu gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. Stu tries to stand up but Mann plants him back down with several strikes. "NP" tries to escape out the back but Walter Mann locks a crucifix, rolling "NP" to his back. "NP" is unable to defend against Walter Manns elbow strikes from the crucifix and he is knocked out cold.
