Round 1
A jab from Chanming Ning is blocked and a cross is returned by Oleksiy Veremchuk. Oleksiy hits an uppercut to the head of Ning followed by a hard hook. Oleksiy Veremchuk throws a cross that easily dodged by Chanming. Chanming strikes with a straight front kick. Chanming Ning misses with an axe kick that has Oleksiy Veremchuk back up. The round comes to an end.

Round 2
A jab from Oleksiy is blocked and a cross is returned by Chanming Ning. Oleksiy hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Ning throws a kick to the midsection of Oleksiy. Veremchuk slips a cross from Ning and lands jab cross to the body. After dodging a jab, Ning lands a kick to the liver of Veremchuk who steps back only to take a knee. Ning rushes forward to capitalize but Veremchuk falls to his back to avoid the onslaught. The bell signals the end of round 2.

Round 3
Chanming throws a cross that easily dodged by Veremchuk. Chanming lands a devastating overhand right on Oleksiy Veremchuk. Chanming gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. Oleksiy begins to look for a rear naked choke, but Ning rolls to being mounted instead. Chanming attempts to escape mount but has no luck. Veremchuk maintains mount but laying some well timed strikes. The round comes to an end.
