Round 1 Bousaid parries Helge Madzhids jab and connect with a cross. Madzhid clinches with Bousaid and lands multiple piston shots and short uppercuts to soften up Bousaid for a trip takedown, landing Madzhid is half guard. Madzhid slips out of half guard and into side control. Bousaid gives his back in an attempt to get out of side control. As Helge spins around to take it, Bousaid makes his way back to his feet. Aadil attempts a takedown but slips, and Helge backs away. Helge is standing over Aadil. Helge lays into Bousaids thighs with some well timed kicks while Aadil Bousaid is grounded. Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 "Iraq Attack" lands a strong outside leg kick but is hit with a strong uppercut. A trip to the ground allows Aadil to move into the guard of Helge Madzhid. Helge goes for a kimura from the bottom, but Aadil slips out at the last second. Madzhid sinks a kimura, but cannot finish. He settles for a switch into mount. Aadil attempts to escape mount but has no luck. Helge Madzhid telegraphs his motions for an armbar, but Aadil gives up his back to stop the attempt. The bell signals the end of round 2.
Round 3 "Iraq Attack" fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Helge Madzhid. Aadil works to Helge Madzhids back while standing. Aadil throws a couple of outside shots until Helge Madzhid is able to work his way back to the clinch. Madzhid takes "Iraq Attacks" back standing. Aadil isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Madzhid lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Aadil to release. A trip to the ground allows Helge Madzhid to move into the guard of Aadil. A tight body triangle from the bottom position forces Helge to pull Aadil close. Helge is having trouble breathing in Aadils guard. Aadil connects with several chop shots from the bottom. "Iraq Attack" keeps his head down in the chest of Madzhid to avoid any submission attempts. "Iraq Attack" leans up and lands some short punches before lowering back down. Bousaid attempts a few a shots from the guard, but gets mounted for his troubles. The bell signals the end of round 3.
