Round 1 Joao moves in to press the action, but Apollonios Stamos lands a heavy back kick. Stamos gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. Stamos carefully protects himself from "Bangledesh Spideys" strikes. Stamos slips out the back leading to both fighters standing up. Apollonios parries Joaos jab and lands a liver shot. Joao parries a jab but leaves himself open for an uppercut. Apollonios lands a hook to the body then a straight cross to the sternum. Round 1 is finished.
Round 2 Apollonios connects with a teep to the face of Joao Faoro. Faoro locks in a tight muay thai clinch and lands several knees to the ribs of Stamos. Joao grabs the plum and lands a strong elbow that cuts Apollonios Stamos under the eye. Apollonios Stamos places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. While tied up, Joao is met with a hard uppercut. Apollonios Stamos attempts a striking combination, but Joao Faoro forces the clinch. Faoro is able to work to two overhooks and lands some strong knees and short hooks. A strong elbow forces Apollonios to lose his balance and fall to the floor. Apollonios thrusts his leg into Joaos knee while grounded. Stamos thrusts his leg into Joao Faoros knee while grounded. Round 2 is over.
Round 3 Apollonios blocks a strong high kick from Joao and counters with a devastating left hook. Faoro takes a punch to the jaw. He drops his hands and asks Stamos to hit him harder. Apollonios parries "Bangledesh Spideys" jab and lands an uppercut that floors Joao Faoro. Stamos kicks at the legs of Faoro and then asks him to stand up. The referee tells Faoro to stand. Joao throws a hard jab but Apollonios Stamos throws a cross right over the top that knocks Joao to the ground. Apollonios Stamos lays into Joaos thighs with some well timed kicks while Faoro is grounded. Apollonios Stamos kicks at the legs of Joao Faoro and then asks him to stand up. The referee tells Joao Faoro to stand. Apollonios Stamos hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. Joao hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight.Round 3 comes to a close.
