Round 1
Arthur winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. Chris Forney lands a double jab. Chris pressures his opponent into clinching. Chris Forney works to Arthur Abels back while standing. Chris Forney throws a couple of outside shots until Arthur is able to work his way back to the clinch. Arthur eats a strong cross as Chris moves into the clinch. Arthur Abel attempts a takedown but is out leveraged and taken down himself. Chris now is in dominant side mount. Arthur Abel takes a few knees to the body while under Chriss side control. Arthur Abel sneaks a leg back under the body of Chris Forney to achieve a defensive half guard. Chris is able to slip into mount from the half guard. Arthur gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Forney works his arm around the neck of Abel attempting to get a tight rear naked choke but Abel hand fights well. Forney sets in a rear naked choke. Arthur taps out.
