Round 1 Doug fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Watts. "Chops" works Daley into the cage from the clinch. "Chops" presses his head under Doug Daleys chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. Watts escapes the clinch and creates some distance. "Chops" connects with a strong body shot combo. Watts slips a cross from Daley and lands an uppercut to the liver. Slade grabs for a clinch but Doug grazes him with an uppercut. Slade staggers back, then surprises Doug with a powerful superman punch. Slade Watts is hit with a jab then a hook to the body and stumbles backward. Doug Daley tries to press the action but is met with a push kick from Slade Watts that puts him on the floor. Watts drops a huge strike to Doug Daleys chin, landing into his guard. Round 1 is over.
Round 2 Doug Daley connects with a hard punch making Slade bring him in to a tight clinch. Daley gets double underhooks, and unleashes unanswered knees to the midsection. Daley takes Slades back standing. Slade isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Daley lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Slade to release. Both fighters trade glancing shots continuing to find their respective range. Daley snaps back the head of Slade Watts with a stiff jab. Doug Daley circles Watts, mixing jabs and leg kicks. Watts is sent crashing to the mat by a powerful right hook. Watts thrusts his leg into Doug Daleys knee while grounded.Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Doug connects with a hard punch making Slade bring him in to a tight clinch. Doug works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. While tied up, Slade Watts is met with a hard uppercut. Slade Watts hits an uppercut to the head of Doug Daley followed by a hard hook. Doug ducks and weaves through a jab-cross combo but is hit with a nasty uppercut. Doug Daley is on the receiving end of a good punching combination from Slade. "Chops" is sent crashing to the mat by a powerful right hook. Daley stands over Watts, works his way through his open guard and lands some solid standing punches. Watts cannot trap him in his guard and pushes him away instead. Round 3 comes to a close.
