The fighters circle each other. Takaoka presses forward and is able to jump up and grab onto Kurt Hampton, aggressively pulling guard. "NP Iraq SFL" begins to posture on his side. Hampton lands a couple of outside hooks and "NP Iraq SFL" returns to the guard. Hampton presses the action while in the guard, but Masaru Takaoka is able to switch him into mount. Kurt Hampton shifts his head and hips to keep Takaoka off balance and unable to land strikes. Takaoka grabs and arm and swings over for a tight armbar. Kurt taps out.
