Round 1 Riley throws a few jabs at Qing Tan that miss the mark. Qing Tan connects with a strong body shot combo. Dennis Riley parries Qing Tans jab and lands an uppercut. Dennis throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Tan is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. Dennis Riley connects with 1-2 jab hook combo and quickly steps away. Qing hunts down his opponent and throws 2 heavy haymakers that get nothing but air. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 2 Qing attempts a striking combination, but Dennis Riley forces the clinch. Dennis receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Qing. Tan takes Rileys back standing. Dennis Riley isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Tan lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Dennis Riley to release. Both fighters move in to strike but miss their marks. As they jockey for position in the clinch Dennis Riley wins the momentum battle and falls into side control on top of "HONG KONG 8". Round 2 is finished.
Round 3 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Qing Tan receives a couple of stiff short hooks in the clinch. "HONG KONG 8" takes the back of Dennis who works for a kimura. "HONG KONG 8" pulls his arm out of the hold and push Dennis away. Qing hits a lead uppercut and follows with a hard hook to the head of Dennis Riley. Tan parries a jab but leaves himself open for an uppercut. Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. Dennis blocks a cross, liver shot combo but is pushed backward. Qing tries to press the action but is met with a jab, cross, uppercut that puts him to on the floor. Riley lays into Qing Tans thighs with some well timed kicks while Tan is grounded. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
